Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

Handcrafted Uniqueness

Each product from lacetrimssindia is meticulously handcrafted by skilled traditional artisans in India. Due to the organic nature of natural stones and pearls, slight variations in color, texture, and shape may occur. These are not defects, but unique characteristics of handmade craftsmanship.

All items undergo a thorough quality check before dispatch.


General Policy (All Orders)

  • No Returns or Refunds: As every item is handmade with exceptional care, we do not accept returns or refunds once an order is placed.
  • Exchanges are only offered if:
    • The product received is damaged, or
    • The wrong item was delivered.
  • No exchanges will be accepted for reasons of personal dislike or preference.


Exchange Policy – India

  • Exchanges are only valid for damaged or incorrect items.
  • Sale items and customized orders are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
  • An item may be exchanged only once per order.
  • A ₹300 fee (covering pickup and reshipping) will apply for all exchanges within India.
  • Pickup service is not available. Customers must send the product back using the original packaging.


Exchange Policy – International Orders

  • Refunds are offered only if the shipment is lost in transit. 
  • International exchanges are not available, except in cases of:
    • Wrong product delivered
    • Product arrived damaged


Refund/Exchange Policy Requirements 

  • If the parcel is lost in transit after receiving the confirmation email from the shipping company, a refund will be processed within 3–7 working days. 
  • If the product arrives damaged, an unboxing video and clear images of the damaged item are required. After a quality check is completed, an exchange will be processed.


Exchange Request Steps

  1. Notify us within 2 days of delivery by emailing Info@lacetrimssindia.com or sending a message on WhatsApp to +91 8800354094.
  2. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item in question.
  3. Our team will review your request and confirm via email if your exchange is approved.
  4. If approved, ship the product back using the original box to:

Important Notes

  • Customers are responsible for shipping, return, and reshipping charges.
  • The product must be unused and untampered to qualify for an exchange.
  • The exchange process may take additional time due to product verification and availability.
  • All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • We are not responsible for refund of RTO product. We will give you full tracking updates and custom clearance and out for delivery notifications. Please track your product once you get email confirmation of product shipped.
